4.1 Mobile Information and SMS Messaging

Autoreact operates POM Home. Our SMS program includes operational lead, showing, and review alerts for agents who enable text notifications, and request-specific receipts for consumers who select the text option on a POM Home form. Consumer receipt consent does not enroll you in marketing texts or ongoing promotional updates. Message frequency varies with your requests and enabled agent notifications. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase, employment, or submitting a property request. We record the number, consent choice, time, source, disclosure version, and opt-out history to honor your choices and operate the messaging service. We retain these records as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service; those providers may not use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The request details shared with your selected agent are for responding to that request, not permission to send you marketing texts.

To request consumer texts again after STOP, reply START, then submit a new request and select the text option. START alone does not renew request-specific consumer consent.
